Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Yorktown Heights

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of residential and commercial apartment and condominium buildings. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to coordination and execution, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full scope of construction projects, focusing on residential and commercial apartment/condo buildings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Oversee the coordination and performance of subcontractors, suppliers, and trades, ensuring seamless execution.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve any design or construction challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking costs, approving invoices, and ensuring financial oversight.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues, delays, or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specializing in residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
