For this role particularly, we are looking for a software engineer with deep experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, and AI automations.

This role will work closely with the founding team. The nature of the work will evolve rapidly in the fast-moving environment but will involve:
Backend software engineering & infrastructure engineering to support the AI and agentic flows
RAG/data ingestion pipelines
Prompt engineering
Model performance and evals
Culture interview (30-min video call)
Technical interview (take-home, 1 week to complete, 2 hours total)
Debugging interview (1-hour live w/ one of our engineers)
Founder interview (1-hour)
