Search Engine Optimization Specialist Location: New Bremen, OH, US, 45869 **Company Description:** Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. • Conduct SEO keyword research, competitive analysis, and monitor organic search platforms.
• Analyze user behavior, keyword rankings, and search engine results to guide optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to recommend and implement content and technical search optimizations.
• Align SEO strategies with business goals and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and perform regular site audits for technical SEO and content relevance.
• Define and track SEO KPIs, benchmarks, and performance metrics, providing standardized reports to leadership.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, best practices, and search algorithm changes to adapt strategies.
• Conduct testing to validate and refine SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to share insights, streamline SEO content development, and continually improve SEO tactics.

**Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Communications) is required along with at least 2 years of related experience. _Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED_ **Preferred Qualifications**

• Proficiency in developing and implementing optimization strategies to enhance online search visibility and performance.
• Experience analyzing user behavior, keyword trends, and search engine algorithms to inform SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of website architecture and HTML markup for optimizing technical SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs and enterprise search platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully increasing organic website traffic and lead generation through SEO initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing.
