Screen Printer – Full-Time

We have an immediate opening for a Screen Printer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled in hands-on work . The successful candidate will be responsible for operating screen printing machines and ensuring high-quality prints on duffel bags, totes, and aprons while maintaining efficiency and precision.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Manufacturing, Production
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay: $20.76 per hour
• Work Environment: Industrial, Factory, Warehouse
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen printing on fabric and other materials using automated or manual press equipment .
• Prepare and maintain screens by burning, cleaning, repairing, and organizing for reuse.
• Track and manage screen printing supplies, inks, and materials .
• Inspect vellum pages, stencils, and printed materials for accuracy and quality control.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and design specifications .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Operate factory printing, drying, and curing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with freight pickups, deliveries, pallet building, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure print alignment, color accuracy, and quality assurance .
• Reliable and punctual , able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment .
• Ability to stand on feet for an entire shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. and performing manual labor tasks as needed.
• Previous screen printing, textile printing, or graphic production experience is a bonus but not required .
• Basic knowledge of inks, emulsions, drying techniques, and print registration is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn .
