Must be able to work: Monday through Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm 1 weekend a month Minimum Qualifications High School diploma required with equivalent 2-4 years industry experience; Associate's Degree preferred 2-3 years home care, hospice experience preferred Microsoft computer skill set required; experience with Trinity Health At Home software platforms and applications preferred Working knowledge of standard office equipment and remote technology required Experience multi-tasking on multiple computer systems.. Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site. Possible Opportunity to work from home.
