Salary commensurate with experience* Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant who will support our clients AMS (Applicant Management Services) team. This role will be responsible for the day?to?day support of SAP landscapes in a production environment such as system administration, performance optimization, system upgrades, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of NetWeaver administration and SAP Security concepts. Duties Administer and manage SAP systems to perform day?to?day system administration tasks including user account management, system monitoring, and maintenance of SAP landscapes to ensure optimal system performance and availability in the production environment. Optimize system performance by analyzing system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing tuning and optimization strategies to ensure the SAP infrastructure runs efficiently and meets business requirements. Execute system upgrades and version management by planning, coordinating, and executing SAP system upgrades and version updates while minimizing downtime, ensuring data integrity, and managing the transition across development, test, and production environments. Implement and manage SAP Security by configuring and maintaining security protocols, managing user access controls, implementing authorization schemes, and ensuring compliance with security best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity. Administer NetWeaver infrastructure by managing NetWeaver components and architecture, including system configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support the underlying technical foundation of the SAP landscape. Mandatory Qualifications 4+ years of experience with SAP BASIS System Administration 4+ years of experience demonstrating working knowledge of SAP Security concepts Strong experience with NetWeaver administration Experience working with system administration, performance optimization, system upgradation, version management, user account management, security administration, and day?to?day support of SAP landscapes in a production environment Desirable Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field Related certifications Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
