Role: Salesforce FSC/OmniStudio Architect

Responsibilities

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions and meet project objectives.
Work in an Agile environment, using both configuration and development.
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud with Omnistudio.
Use Salesforce process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approvals) and follow standard methodologies.
Ensure robust security using the Salesforce security model, data and app securities, programming securities, encryptions, and experience cloud security.
Apply hands-on experience with Omnistudio.
Develop and maintain Apex code, ensuring security and quality standard methodologies (using tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Fortify).
Build Salesforce Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate external APIs using Salesforce Lightning Connect and develop REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
Implement identity and access management solutions (SSO, OAuth, Identity Connect, OpenID Connect, MFA).
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity.
Demonstrate extensive software engineering experience in an Agile/SDLC environment, with strong design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication, people, and management abilities to bring out the best in team members
Proven experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud/Omnistudio implementations in a multi-org structure and REST API development.
Salesforce Architect level certifications preferred.
Financial Services/Insurance Domain experience preferred

A demonstrated ability in technology implementation for full life-cycle enterprise software projects
