Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for the development, design, and implementation of customizable solutions within Salesforce based on CRM needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements align with business goals and provide high-performance solutions that adhere to security and compliance standards. This position requires a hands-on approach to Salesforce development, integration, and deployment using modern tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and future enhancements. • Ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and long-term strategic goals. • Manage release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code. • Take ownership of all technical aspects of the project environment. • Compile internal development guidelines/standards and ensure the development team follows them. • Collaborate with developers of other systems for seamless business integration. • Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle. • Communicate strategic technical concepts at the executive level and act as a trusted advisor in decision-making processes. • Develop training plans for smooth transitions from development to maintenance and operations. Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years of experience on the Force.com platform using out-of-the-box functionalities and customizations with Apex coding or configurations. • 4+ years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce. • 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud or Gov Cloud. • 3+ years of experience with Apex API integration. • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other DevOps tools. • Experience with data migration, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), and Salesforce Object DML operations. Preferred Skills and Experience • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certification. • Experience with developing CRM workflows and custom solutions using no-code tools like Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules. • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs. • Hands-on experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) to integrate third-party applications. • Experience developing Batch Apex and Schedule Apex solutions. • Experience with technical change management processes for Salesforce deployments using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of government-related compliance processes. • Experience with AppExchange products, data mapping, and custom development.
