Overview

As the Sales and Marketing Director for Love, Quin Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing our brand presence. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring a exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales, build customer loyalty, and promote our boutique as a fashion destination for women. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales, marketing strategies, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategies:

  • Manage the boutique's online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns both online and offline.
  • Organize and host in-store events to drive foot traffic and community engagement.

Sales Management:

  • Manage the sales team, providing guidance, and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Train and onboard new sales staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • In-store role with direct customer interaction.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Oversee the visual presentation of the boutique, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and aligned with our brand image.
  • Implement seasonal changes and create eye-catching displays to attract customers.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Owner to ensure a well-stocked boutique.

Customer Experience:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and a personalized shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on sales, marketing, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on reports to improve business strategies.
  • Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to boost revenue.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (Square Retail, Canva, etc.)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
