As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead your team to success, fostering a customer-centric culture where every team member is empowered to excel. Your role is crucial in driving store operations, from hiring and training to marketing and maintaining store integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training and coaching for team members, ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
• Support and resolve customer-related issues to enhance their experience with T-Mobile.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales performance and manage inventory to achieve store goals.

Your Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales is required.
• Proven sales and sales management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
