We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead a community-focused retail pharmacy located inside Lowes Signature Market in Las Cruces, NM . This is a direct hire opportunity offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the selected candidate.

Position Details:
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (Closed weekends)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff
Manage schedules, budgets, and workflow to ensure efficient operations
Provide clinical support including MTM activities, immunizations, and patient counseling
Support a culture of customer service excellence and professional growth among staff
Verify and dispense prescriptions, monitor accuracy, and maintain patient profiles
Ensure controlled substance security, medication storage, and quality assurance standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
Active New Mexico Pharmacist License (in good standing)
13 years of pharmacist experience
12 years of pharmacy management experience
APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Retail 340B program experience
