Retail Pharmacy Manager Iowa City, IA
Soliant Health is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations at a well-established Iowa City pharmacy . This leadership opportunity blends traditional retail pharmacy management with a wellness-focused, patient-centered approach to care .
Schedule: Monday Friday | 9:00am 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead daily retail pharmacy operations with an emphasis on patient care and wellness services
Provide mentorship and support for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Partner with local healthcare providers to deliver integrated wellness and medication therapy solutions
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving excellence in clinical services and customer experience
Qualifications:
Active Iowa Pharmacist License in good standing
Previous retail pharmacy management experience required
Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software strongly preferred
Proven leadership, clinical expertise, and strong communication skills
