Job Summary: Maintains, and facilitates all residency curricular components, including coordination of all departmental residency rotation schedules, curricular documents, and evaluation components.

Job Description: Principle Responsibilities - Coordination and Scheduling.
- Coordinates, facilitates, and maintains resident physician training schedules and rotation curriculum.
- Serves as a liaison between all curricular rotations and the residency program.
- Partners with residents and faculty to develop and update curriculum and schedules.
- Project and Time Management.
- Acts as the residency computer application "super-user", and coordinates all curricular and residency program evaluation components.
- Facilitates and maintains scheduling and curriculum action items from program/departmental meetings.
- Partners with project teams regarding grants and research related to residency rotations and schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Associate's or Vocational degree required or
- Must commit to enroll in an Associate's program within 6 months of hire and obtain an Associate's degree within four (4) years of hire required
- Residency program administration experience preferred
- 5+ years of previous administrative experience preferred
Physical Demands - Light Work:
- Lifting weight Up to 20 lbs. occasionally, Up to 10 lbs. frequently
Pay Range Pay Range: $22.71 to $31.13 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
