Dean's Professional Services is seeking a Research Assistant II to support innovative research projects alongside senior investigators. This role is ideal for individuals with a science background who want hands-on lab experience and the opportunity to grow in a professional research setting.

Job Duties :

• Assist with patient recruiting, laboratory experiments, data collection, and behavior coding.
• Maintain accurate records in notebooks, databases, and digital systems.
• Monitor lab supplies to support ongoing projects.
• Ensure compliance with established research protocols.
• Collaborate with lab technicians and staff, troubleshoot when needed.
• Participate in training or workshops to stay current with evolving methods.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a basic science field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year in a research or clinical lab (education may substitute for experience).
• Technical proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.(required)
• Knowledge of behavior coding. (required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual skills (preferred)
