Grand Circle Corporation seeks a REMOTE Traveler Support Counselor to join our remote November 4, 2024, class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers. Your role will involve:
* Handling service calls.
* Making reservation changes.
* Educating on tour itineraries.
* Processing payments.
* Responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
* Manage service calls, assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
* Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
* As a Traveler Support Counselor, your role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
* Achieve monthly performance goals.
* Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
* Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center
* Experience working in the travel industry is a plus!
* Experience using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is preferred
* Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
* History of consistently attaining performance goals
* High attention to detail
* Positive attitude and flexibility8
* International travel/work experience is preferred
Remote Work Requirements:
* Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
* Landline phone
* 2mbps internet speed (higher speed preferred)
This position is remote and requires candidates to be located in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington.
