This is a full?time on?site Registered Nurse (RN) role located in the Dallas?Fort Worth Metroplex. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high?quality patient care in a home care or facility setting, following an individualized plan of care established by a supervising RN. Daily responsibilities include patient assessments, health monitoring, medication administration, and wound care, as well as supporting chronic condition management and educating patients and families on health practices. Documentation of all patient care and progress is expected to maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
