Renuity Home Improvement is hiring a Recruiter in Appleton, WI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and exhibit a high sense of urgency, dedication, and the ability to focus and consistently deliver results to meet their goals.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to build rapport, gain a complete understanding of their roles, set expectations, and deliver results according to your set goals
• Manage and deliver hiring needs in a high-volume recruitment process
• Source and communicate with potential candidates through the online company career portal, assigned job boards, and various social platforms
• Evaluate applications and resumes to screen candidates via calls and video conferencing in Microsoft Teams
• Follow process and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Create and submit offer letters when needed
• Maintain daily and weekly reporting responsibilities, and other administration functions
• Maintain regular contact and communication with candidates via calls, emails, and texts throughout the interview and onboarding process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be tech savvy and familiar with Windows-based programs/applications
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
• Ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem solve and willingness to learn and grow
• To be successful in this role, one must work with a sense of urgency, while providing an amazing candidate experience!
