The Recruiter will be under moderate supervision, providing comprehensive HR support with a focus on staffing, recruiting, affirmative action compliance, and HR record maintenance to ensure legal and regulatory adherence. The role involves collaborating with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and team members to develop and execute strategies for attracting top talent.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Hyosung HICO in-house, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and assessing candidates.
  • Developing innovative and budget-conscious strategies to attract top talent.
  • Engaging passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Managing external recruiters and employment agencies as needed.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline and providing regular hiring reports.
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screenings, and ensuring candidates meet qualifications.
  • Coordinating and attending recruitment events such as job fairs and virtual events.
  • Building relationships with educational institutions to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partnering with agencies to create training programs aligned with company needs.
  • Maintaining confidential employee records and recruitment documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of recruiting data in HRIS and maintaining hiring metrics.
  • Supporting the affirmative action plan for compliance.
  • Overseeing the internal job posting process and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, employees, external agencies, and applicants.
  • Ensuring recruitment activities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Supporting HR staff and other departments as needed.
  • Understanding and discussing HYOSUNG HICOs Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.

Additional functions include:
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Providing administrative support to HR programs.
  • Staying updated on employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or specialized training in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with at least four years of relevant HR experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Proven ability to screen resumes and approach passive candidates.
  • Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (UKG experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Physical and environmental characteristics:
  • Ability to use standard office equipment.
  • Occasional travel (less than 10%).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
