As a Recruiter working with LeanData, you'll have an opportunity to shape LeanData's approach to finding great talent while also hiring the key staff that will scale our company. You'll partner closely with our hiring teams to understand and refine the profiles they are recruiting for. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, evaluating interviews, and formulating offers.
This position is expected to last about three months and will have a prorated salary of approximately $75,000 per year.
It will be based on-site from our Santa Clara, CA office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week.
Responsibilities
* Become a trusted partner to our hiring teams: developing job profiles, designing selection processes, and advising on compensation.
* Source candidates by using databases, networking, referrals, social media applications, and online postings
* Evaluate candidates both on paper and using behavioral interview techniques
* Manage application experience and create a world-class applicant experience
* Continuously follow-up and provide weekly strategic insight to hiring managers in an effort to confirm staffing plans to ensure candidates and hiring managers needs are met
Requirements:
* At least 2-years experience in full-cycle recruiting either at an agency or as an in-house recruiter
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience hiring for SaaS technology companies
* Prior experience using an applicant tracking system, Ashby is preferred
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
* The ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization
* Ability to project manage with minimal supervision
