We're on the hunt for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to support our high-performing real estate team. This in-office position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, seamless process for clients and agents from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all administrative tasks involved in real estate transactions—from contract to closing
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and timelines
  • Liaise with the title, escrow, agents, and clients to keep everyone on track
  • Handle offer packages, amendments, and required documentation with precision
  • Keep communication flowing and deadlines met like a pro

Compensation:

$50,000 Based On Experience

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
