Job Description

We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Investment Transaction Coordinator to support our growing real estate investment division. This role is critical in keeping deals moving efficiently from contract to close across wholesale, flips, and buy-and-hold properties. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions, dispositions, and operations teams to ensure smooth, compliant closings—and provide excellent service to both investors and sellers. Responsibilities: • Coordinate rehab work and manage contractors • Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and closing docs are submitted and filed correctly • Track deadlines and coordinate with escrow, title, and legal partners • Maintain compliance in platforms like Monday.com, Google Drive , and reZen • Send and follow up on client/seller paperwork and signatures • Collect testimonials and track performance metrics • Order and schedule property inspections and photos • Support leadership with admin tasks like organizing deal data and reports Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience. • Must be organized • Tech-savvy with platforms like Monday.com and Google Drive a plus • Strong follow-through, time management, and communication skills • Ability to juggle fast-moving transactions with urgency and accuracy • Bonus: Experience in wholesaling , property management , or file compliance, 2+ years of real estate transaction experience (investment or retail) preferred but not required About Company: Bridge Mountain is a fast-growing real estate investment company operating in Nevada and Arizona.
