• Conduct research on available properties and local neighborhoods to effectively respond to inquiries from potential buyers
• Coordinate home viewings promptly with buyers, listing agents, and home sellers
• Show suitable properties to buyers based on their preferences and budget to increase sales opportunities
• Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client communications
• Follow up with leads and generate new leads for potential sales
• Schedule appointments and conduct consultations with clients
• Close sales efficiently and effectively

• Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies or a strong ability to quickly learn new systems
• Demonstrates self-motivation and excels in independent task performance
• Displays a drive for success, motivation, and a clear desire for professional advancement
• Holds an active real estate license in Pueblo, CO, US
