•Efficiently coordinate and schedule home showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely manner.
•Collaborate with the lead agent to showcase properties that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients, contributing to increased sales opportunities.
•Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through a smooth closing process for a fair transaction.
•Maintain a high level of professionalism by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to deliver exceptional customer service.
•Proactively conduct lead follow-ups, generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct consultations, and successfully close sales.
Qualifications •Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies is preferred, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
