We are looking for a React Native developer- do you know of anyone? The below is fairly specific to help potential candidates know if this position is a fit

The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience with React Native. The ideal candidate will have published works on the app store or google play they should be at the top of the list. The higher their contribution percentage, the higher their appeal i.e. if they published a personal app only they worked on vs 1 of 10 people vs 1 of 100 people, etc

The ideal candidate can provide examples of dependencies they would use when building an app for deployment on iOS, Android, and the web?" If this is not something that can not be answered with ease- this role is probably not a good fit.

This role will be responsible for full-stack development of web and mobile applications using React/React Native with heavy emphasis on user interface / user experience design (UI/UX). This role will be fully engaged in the design, development, and testing of frontend and backend systems. This is a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of applications with a main focus on React Native.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that ensures the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications and web-based dashboard interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Experience with Python and IoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP, etc.)

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in React.
• Proven expertise in React Native.
• Experience publishing one or more apps to any platform.
• Experience with WebSockets or MQTT

Bonus Qualifications (optional)

• Proven expertise in platform agnostic patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with UX design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to React.js, Node.js, and databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly in Linux environments.
