Job Description

Specializing in React.js, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology for complex projects within our development team. You will provide technical guidance, enhance team capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In React.Js, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Knowledge Sharing And Training Sessions.
Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development While Optimizing Performance Through Effective Debugging And Profiling Techniques.
Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks Related To Architecture And Component Breakdown.
Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Address Escalations Proactively.

Skill Requirements:

Advanced Proficiency In React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including Redux And Related Libraries.
Solid Understanding Of Javascript, Html, And Css With The Ability To Implement Responsive Design Principles.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices, Specifically Agile Methodologies.
Familiarity With Version Control Systems, Particularly Git, For Efficient Code Management.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team-Oriented Environment.Certification

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: React.Js Certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (Pmi-Acp), Or Similar Relevant Qualifications. Technical Skills:

React 7+ experience
TypeScript + CSS3, 5+ years' experience
REST API experience
