GMP Nutraceuticals, Inc. is a rapidly growing contract manufacturer of nutritional supplements located in King of Prussia, PA. Specializing in powder-based products and capsules. We provide custom formulations, packaging, and flavoring of products for every walk of life, from bariatric to body building. GMP Nutraceuticals, Inc. is known for their quality and flavor systems. We have experienced 100% growth in 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
- Label reviews and approvals to make they meet FDA regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with FDA regulations 21 CFR Part 111 , HACCP guidelines, and other relevant industry standards
- Conduct QA/QC activities, including testing, sampling, and documentation
- Perform internal and external quality audits to assess compliance with quality systems
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) 21 CFR Part 111 and other relevant quality standards
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and equipment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
