COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ER Psychiatry (PSY)

• Salary: Starting at $323K + RVU Bonus Eligibility and  moonlighting options ($250hr.)
  • Overnight Shift 10:30 pm-8am (3 day/12-hour shifts + which will include weekends
• CME /Indirect Costs : $3,000 + 3-5 days
• PTO: 14 paid holidays+ 30 more days off including sick time. ( accrues yearly ) 
• Relocation : Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
• Sign-on:  Offered
• Educational repayment : Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF which depends upon eligibility.
• Benefits: Generous medical/ health benefits through Empire BC/BS,  along with extensive retirement/pension offerings. 
• Retirement:  403(b) E xceptional NY State pension and retirement offerings.
• Pension: Your employer will contribute a 12%  portion of your annual salary nothing out of pocket, vesting in 3 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCHEDULE OPTIONS ER Psychiatry (PSY)

• Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting.
• Psychiatric evaluation and management of patients in CPEP/ED of University Hospital.
• Teaching and supervision of residents, nurses and medial students.

COMMUNITY ER Psychiatry (PSY)

• 15-30 minutes from many of the islands most beautiful beaches
• Nearby train service into Penn Station
