  • Coordinating proposal printing and/or delivery
  • Searching assigned bid site(s), identifying potential opportunities for evaluation by the larger team
  • Gathering information to develop and maintain accurate and compelling narratives, project profiles, team CVs, and more.
  • Updating and maintaining current and accurate collateral databases including project and process narratives, team CVs, and more
  • Supporting other initiatives and the larger team, as needed
  • As a member of our team, you are expected to actively adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures established by the company. This includes understanding and following all relevant guidelines, participating in mandatory training sessions, and consistently practicing safe work habits. You are responsible for identifying and reporting potential hazards, contributing to a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your commitment to maintaining a safe workplace is crucial to the well-being of all employees and the overall success of our operations.
