What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a beautiful, established apartment community
- Lead and inspire an on-site team of leasing professionals and maintenance staff
- Maximize occupancy and rent growth through strategic marketing and superior customer service
- Ensure high standards of property appearance, safety, and maintenance
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships with precision
- Resolve resident concerns professionally and promptly, creating a welcoming community environment
- Drive resident retention through creative resident events and proactive communication
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CRM, Knock, or similar)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for real estate, people, and making an impact
