Key Responsibilities
• Collaborating with Project Managers for client communication and coordination
• Create site plans for healthcare projects
• Assist project teams in obtaining civil and environmental permits
• Prepare construction documents for healthcare projects
• Prepare engineering calculations
• Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
• Participate in project design/client meetings and charette sessions
• Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on amenity spaces
• Oversee construction administration activities
Qualifications
• Degreed Civil Engineer
• 5+ years of experience in Land Development
• PE Licensing strongly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong client service mentality
• Team player mentality
