Position Overview

Facility: Roger Maris Cancer Center Clinic

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule: Full-time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Your Role

Join our dynamic team at the Roger Maris Cancer Center! In this role, you will:

• Engage in local and enterprise-wide workflow projects.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance processes.
• Educate staff on new initiatives that impact patient care.
• Make a meaningful difference in the community.

Your schedule will consist of 8-hour day shifts, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evening, weekend, or holiday commitments.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Analyze and synthesize data to support clinical decision-making.
• Coordinate educational activities for orientation and ongoing training.
• Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners.
• Promote optimal patient care through data analysis and clinical activities.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Manage grant administration responsibilities, including project management and reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in specialties such as trauma, oncology, research, or critical care.
• An unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, with multistate licensure if applicable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work independently while being accountable to the department and organization.
