Job Description

We are looking for a  Product Manager to lead the development of one of our  electrical product lines , driving product strategy, development, and performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape the product roadmap, build and lead your own team, and define scalable processes from the ground up.

🔔  Please apply only if you have product management experience in the  electrical industry — either by directly managing electrical products or through technical expertise (e.g., electrical engineering or trade background). Experience with physical products is a must; this is not a software PM role.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, operations, and sales.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality product releases for physical electrical products.
• Continuously improve product lines, processes, and team performance.
• Serve as a thought leader in building out the electrical product category.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Proven product management experience with  physical goods , ideally in the  electrical category (e.g., lighting, switches, smart home devices, tools, etc.).
• OR: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling  product sales on Amazon or other retail channels.
• Familiarity with  Amazon, big box retailers , or  electrical distribution .
• Background in the electrical field — either by  education (e.g., Electrical Engineering)or  trade (e.g., electrician) .
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience launching or managing SKUs for major retailers or electrical distribution networks.
• Experience leading teams or building product management processes from scratch.
• Analytical mindset with solid understanding of product financials and ROI.

Location Requirement:

Candidates  must be based in the Bay Area and able to commute to our  San Leandro, CA office at least 3x per week.
