About Us:
Learning Key Academy is dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. We focus on fostering a love for learning and preparing children for future academic success. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of early childhood education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities that meet the developmental needs of preschoolers.
• Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to foster a strong community and open communication.
• Manage the preschool budget, including resources, supplies, and staff compensation.
• Ensure all staff maintain active CPR certification and other required qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Active CPR certification.
• CDA (Child Development Associate) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive learning environment.
