Role & Responsibilities (3-4 hours per week) As a Podcast Producer at Polis, you will oversee the production process of our new podcast. You will work closely with the hosts and the editor to create an engaging final product. Responsibilities Content Curation – Collaborate with editors to develop podcast concepts, themes and episode outlines & blurbs (including links). Project Management – Manage the production schedule, coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery of episodes. Scriptwriting – Outline the scripts for an episode so the hosts know what to focus on. Outreach – Identify and contact potential guests relevant to the episode’s topic. Editing Collaboration – Work closely with the audio editing team to help guide the process, as well as the communications team to advertise the podcast.
