What You'll Be Doing Class Instruction & Member Engagement Teach dynamic and effective Pilates classes, following the BODYBAR method. Ensure each class is tailored to meet the needs of all fitness levels, delivering a safe, fun, and challenging workout. Create a welcoming and engaging environment for members before, during, and after class. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client questions regarding exercises, studio policies, and promotions. Community Building Cultivate a positive and motivating environment by engaging with members and encouraging their fitness progress. Help foster a strong sense of community within the studio through events and day-to-day interactions. Continuous Growth & Development Stay up to date with BODYBAR's method, mission, and goals to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge. Team Collaboration Work closely with fellow instructors and the studio leadership team to maintain a positive and motivating studio culture. Take part in securing class substitutions when necessary and ensure seamless studio operations. What We're Looking For Passion for Fitness - A love for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Strong Communication Skills - Ability to connect with members and deliver clear instructions in an energetic and motivating manner. Knowledge of Anatomy - Understanding of basic anatomy and movement principles. Pilates/Fitness Experience - Prior Pilates or group fitness instruction experience is preferred but not required. Certification & Training - Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program and pass each apparatus test-out to ensure the highest standards of instruction. (Bridge training available for those comprehensively certified min. 450 hour program) Positive Attitude - Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dedicated to creating a supportive and fun studio environment.
