Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Physician Recruiter to join our Locum Tenens Division. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-growing department with the full support of over 400 existing staffing contracts. From your first day, youll have immediate access to active job orders and a wealth of resources to help you cultivate a successful book of business.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will be empowered to build long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and client organizations, all while playing a vital role in solving critical staffing challenges across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and recruit highly qualified Physicians and Surgeons for locum tenens opportunities nationwide
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers through outbound calling, texting, emailing, and digital sourcing methods
  • Maintain and grow key client accounts through strategic relationship management and exceptional service delivery
  • Perform outreach to prospective healthcare organizations to generate new business opportunities
  • Match candidate qualifications to job requirements, ensuring compliance with credentialing, licensure, and board certifications
  • Track candidate and client interactions using our recruitment database and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine market strategies and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Meet or exceed activity quotas and placement goals in alignment with company benchmarks
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, specialty-specific insights, and client needs

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of physician recruitment experience, preferably within a locum tenens or healthcare staffing environment
  • Proven success in business-to-business sales and/or client acquisition
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and data entry capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment platforms
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
