Benefits: Family Medicine Physician

• Base Salary: $225,000 - $250,000 / year
• Production and Quality Bonuses - $25K annually = $275,000 / year

About This Role:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Family Medicine Physician
• Outpatient M-F Schedule - 8am -5pm
• Primary Care
• Wonderful support team 
• The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community
• Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
• The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
• Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
• Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.

Background Desired:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Able to acquire Arizona State Medical License
• Desire to work in the clinic/primary care setting
