Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant 

Status: Non-exempt; Full- time 

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) 

Description:  

Rehab Services is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rehabilitation team!  This individual will assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out established care plans. 

• Graduate from a accrediated PTA program  
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in Illinois
• Proficiency with documenting in an electronic health record (preferred) 
• Excellent customer service skills
• 1-2 years of experience (preferred) 
• All levels of experience will be considered.
