Part Time Position and the work schedule will be M-F 10am - 4pm

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to our Companies owners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks including errands, capable of working independently with little or no supervision, and able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. T his position will spend approximately fifty percent of time working from the owner's home in Newport Beach, CA &/or running errands, with the balance of time in the Company office located in Costa Mesa, CA. Own reliable transpiration is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the owners' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, ordering and stocking of office supplies, filing and organizing
  • Handle personal errands for the owners such as scheduling and overseeing home maintenance projects, facilitating charitable contributions, mailing packages, clerical work.
  • May act as a point of contact for home maintenance projects and charitable contributions.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Be responsive to emails/requests and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • High School degree and experience as a personal assistant or secretary
