Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person) – SageMED

SageMED is a fun, collaborative, and innovative integrative medical center, and we're excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our front desk team!

This is a 40-hour/week, in-person position working four 10-hour days. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, can stay upbeat and organized in a busy environment, and brings kindness and reliability to every interaction, we’d love to hear from you.

Location Requirement:

This is an on-site position in Bellevue, WA . Applicants must currently live in Washington State . Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.

What You’ll Do:

As a medical receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Answering phones and responding to messages in a timely, professional manner
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Collecting payments and verifying insurance details
• Assisting with intake paperwork and updating patient records
• Supporting providers and other staff as needed to keep the clinic running efficiently

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• All work is in-person at our clinic (no remote/hybrid options)
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 7:45 am to 6:15 pm and Friday from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm. with ability to trade days with coworkers from time to time.

Compensation:

• $24-$29 per hour DOE
• 6% matching 401k (after 2 years of employment)
• $400 per month healthcare stipend (you get to choose your own insurance plan)
