Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide basic information about our products and services.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Support other team members as needed during busy periods.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
