Compensation

• Paid per project: $200–$400 per room , depending on trade, experience, and scope
• Approx. hourly equivalent: $25–$50/hr

• 1099 subcontractor

Join Restorations Paint Pros & Home Improvement as a Subcontract Painter, Drywall, or Trim Specialist . We deliver fast, flawless, premium results to homeowners and small commercial properties in Adams, Wells, and surrounding counties.

We’re building a select Trade Partner Network , and this is an opportunity for skilled professionals to get well-organized, high-quality work without chasing clients .

This is an in-person, project-based role — perfect for subs who value clear communication, simple workflows, and consistent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep and paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Install, repair, and finish drywall (taping, mudding, sanding)
• Install and repair trim: baseboards, crown molding, door/window casings
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
• Optional: accent walls, cabinet painting, light restoration

Skills / Requirements

• Experience in painting, drywall, or trim carpentry
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• General liability insurance preferred (proof required before assignment)
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to provide before/after photos of work
