Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Paint Line Helper to join the production team of one of our valued clients in the Jersey Village area. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and loading materials for painting, including hanging products on a monorail system, sandblasting hooks, and filling water tanks.
Key Responsibilities:
Hang metal or manufactured products on monorail system for painting
Remove finished products and prepare for next stages of processing
Sandblast hooks to ensure cleanliness and paint adherence
Fill and monitor water tanks used in paint preparation or cleaning processes
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or paint line experience a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
COMPENSATION: $14.50 hourly
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
