PACS Project / Program Manager
Atlanta, Georgia- 75% Remote – 25% on-site in GA
End Date: 12 Month duration - Could extend for 3 years|
Pay Rate: $60/Hr W2

In addition to the qualifications in the JD (below), we seek candidates specifically with IT Program Management experience in the clinical application space, with proven experience leading  PACS implementations for a large multi-facility HC system . We will be transitioning from Change Healthcare PACS to the Sectra PACS system, We prefer to have someone  who has experience with the implementation of Sectra PACS specifically. 

The other project that will be assigned to this PM is Radiology AI, so although the scope will be smaller than PACS replacement it will be important to find a strong PM that can handle two larger initiatives that may overlap.

1. This contract role will be hybrid; 75% remote with approximately 25% in the office for meetings with the sponsor, kickoffs, go-live readiness, cutover, go-live support, etc. The contract duration will be 1 year initially with the option to extend to 18-24 months.
2. The Program Manager will report directly to the Clinical Portfolio Manager on my team in the PMO with me serving as oversight.
3. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, coordinating, and completing the implementation of technology solutions associated with complex strategic, enterprise-level projects and programs. Your leadership will be instrumental in successfully delivering portfolio projects and evolving tools, processes, and reports in the PMO. 
4. Oversees all aspects of projects, including scope, work breakdown structures, schedules, resource planning, project planning, risks and issues management, engagement, change management, presentations and briefings, and progress reports. Defines standards, methodologies, and processes to ensure efficient development and implementation of systems. Takes the lead in integrated activities that span operational, clinical and/or technical areas.
5. Assigned projects may require dynamic change management. We are looking for a PM who is not only familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures but also can lead and direct the work of others, offering advice and guidance during the implementation process. This role offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude, and the opportunity to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
