The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all Ambassador employees on-site while under the direct supervision of the client. The management of the employees includes but is not limited to recruitment, selection, hiring, performance evaluations, and payroll management. Direct supervision includes, but is not limited to, providing schedule, and training. The On-Site Supervisor must be able to meet customer requirements and satisfaction while observing and adhering to Ambassador’s policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create and foster strong relationships with client account key personnel.
• Source candidates that have not applied using available resources – job boards, networking, etc.
• Manage job applicant responses via job boards and Applicant Tracking System.
• Present qualified candidates to clients in a professional manner.
• Work with client on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.

Required Skills:

• Must have prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates’ skills and work history.
• Must have prior supervisory experience, including hiring, counseling, and firing of employees.
• Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to process information quickly and efficiently and apply practical solutions to problems.
