Job Description
Responsible for sorting, processing & distribution of incoming mail as well as out-going mail.
Pulling client files daily, filing mail into appropriate locations.
Photocopying, faxing, scanning, digitizing and running of postage machine.
Some data entry and use of computer software.
Various office duties with occasional reception coverage.
