Job Details

Our dynamic tech company is seeking a seasoned and professional Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative team where your expertise in business management and artificial intelligence (AI) will be put to the test. You will be at the core of our operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management, preferably within the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
2. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
3. Assist with budget preparations and financial planning processes.
4. Manage internal staff relations, recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
5. Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
6. Perform an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars to booking travel to handling expense reports.
7. Supervise the operations of office facilities to ensure maximum productivity and satisfaction among personnel.
8. Ensure the business complies with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety laws.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an office manager, preferably within the technology industry.
3. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive growth.
4. Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to handle business-critical situations with a calm and methodical approach.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff.
8. Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
9. High level of discretion and confidentiality for both business and staff issues.
