Office Manager – Westlake Village, CA

A growing scientific instruments company is seeking a proactive and versatile Office Manager to join their team in Westlake Village. This is a key support role within a small, dynamic office, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being the go-to person in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support order processing and coordinate customer shipments of benchtop instruments
• Handle first-line product support (phone/email) and assign technical queries to engineering
• Assist with light marketing activity (emails, mailers, social posts)
• Provide sales support by preparing quotes and responding to customer enquiries
• Keep the office running smoothly and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

• A bright, engaging team player with excellent communication skills
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable using standard office software and learning internal systems
• Experience in customer service, office coordination, or sales support preferred
• Must be based locally and available to work on-site daily
