The OB Scrub Tech is responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, assisting during surgery, and maintaining a sterile environment. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room with sterile instruments, supplies, medications, and equipment.
- Prepare patients by shaving and cleaning their skin before surgery.
- Assist the surgical team with scrubbing in.
- Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization.
- Pass instruments, sponges, and dressings to the surgeon during surgery.
- Retract tissue, apply suction, and assist with suturing.
- Maintain sterile technique throughout the procedure.
- Keep the operating room clean before and after each procedure.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- CST Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery

- Must work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
Scheduling:
- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift
- 35 hours per week guaranteed after breaks
