Job Description
International Service Contractors is a USG contractor providing services to FEMA at their Tracey California site. We currently have a vacant position available for a Vehicle Mechanic / Servicer.
Duties:
Manage Fleet of trailers and vehicles assigned to the Tracey Location
Repair Vehicles. Trailers, and equipment as required to maintain readiness.
Perform periodic services on Vehicles, Trailers, and Equipment as required.
Coordinate DOT inspections for all required equipment.
Procure necessary parts from local vendors.
Generate and update status trackers and purchase records
Qualifications.
3 years experience as a Mechanic.
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting assigned equipment.
Class A CDL preferred. (We will pay for CDL training to obtain)
Ability to successfully pass a US Government Background investigation.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Good organization skills.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer skills (word, excel).
Compensation is $29.00 per hour with a 40hr a week schedule (Mon - Fri)
